3rd Quarter 2020: We’ve adjusted our underwriting and shifted slightly from our normal criteria as the pandemic continues to affect this market. We saw opportunity and continued sourcing deals throughout the 2nd quarter and making offers on very conservatively underwritten assets, reaching best and final round on a number of assets. We even saw some deals coming back to us due to falling out of contract with another buyer, and we are continuing to pursue those properties.
We’re in close contact with our investors, and making sure we find deals that match their current views. We’re talking frequently with our lenders about their changing landscape, as well.
